Leanne qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher in 2013. She is especially interested in introducing yoga to as many people as possible by showing them that you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga, though after a few lessons you will experience many benefits including more flexibility, reduction in stress and anxiety.  Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a sequenced practice that is varied and is usually set to music. The Monday night yoga classes are for people who would like to find out more about vinyasa yoga in a friendly welcoming environment.
